In 2018 at the California State Fair, Janet Kracker and I were chatting about reserving a buck kid out of Chocolate Mint. She was, and is, one of the most correct LaManchas that I've ever seen, and I would gladly have an entire herd with her strength, width, and top-notch mammary system. We were 4th or 5th on the list for a buck kid out of her... and then this kid out of her daughter, Peppermint, came available, and Janet went for it.
Fast forward to 2022, Peppermint blossoming into herself as a 4 year old (we had the chance to show against her at Red Bluff in May), and then being named the 2022 ADGA National Champion. 
This breeding season I'm juggling a toddler and a new full-time job and not nearly enough daylight... Janet has a gap in breeding season when she won't be using Old Fashioned, and we couldn't be happier that he's here getting all of our does bred to genetics that we love.
